Staff were great, friendly and efficient and reception is on all night. The hotel was very clean, bed really comfy. Couple minutes walk to Paddington station and close to loads of restaurants. All central London rooms are small – this one was bigger than most, even though the bathroom was essentially a large-ish cupboard! You can hear the trains as its so close to the station, which I found no problem, but some may notice more.

The room is very comfortable and the bathrooms excellent. The staff is great. Nice location, near the underground station and a handful of restaurants. There are lots of stairs. Our room was in the fourth floor, and there is no elevator.

The staff is very familiar, pleasant, and always attentive, and friendly. Super neat hotel, well looked after in the rooms. Small but comfortable facilities to spend a few nights. In the surroundings there are many good places to eat, and immediately to the train station, subway and main routes for buses. Recommended. Excellent price-quality ratio.
The perfect location and above all what we loved was the 24 hour reception. We arrived in London at almost 3 in the morning and were able to access our room super fast as there was one person at reception at all times. The room was comfortable and beautiful! All clean. We were able to leave our bags in a lounge after checkout until we left for the airport. There was no closet in the room but for two nights it was not a problem either.

The location is ideal, next to the metro and train station. Staff are always friendly and courteous. We stayed in a superior room which was renovated and cleaned on a daily basis. There was a kettle with coffee and tea in the hallway.
